We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Programme Director to lead our 'small but mighty' Bank through a period of significant change and growth.
This role has been created to lead the overall strategic transformation programme for the Bank and will be pivotal in leading and overseeing all aspects of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across all aspects of customer, people, products, channels, process, and technology, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment with the Bank's long-term goals and objectives.
This programme is a multi-year transformational change for the Bank and to be successful in the role you will need to be a strategic thinker, adept at driving transformation initiatives while maintaining a deep focus on achieving business outcomes. To be successful in the role, you'll need strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
You'll work mainly with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), programme governance and delivery teams, and at times the Board and Technology Committee. You'll need to understand the Banks strategic roadmap to ensure the programmes of work are aligned with other critical priority initiatives, and utilise the appropriate delivery methodologies, frameworks, and processes to deliver the programme successfully.

In addition to the above, you'll bring the following experience to the table:
A tertiary degree
At least 10 years' experience implementing large scale and complex programmes of work preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to translate organisational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others at all levels of the organisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Previous experience working at Board and senior leadership teams' level and managing cross business stakeholder relationships.
