Job summary
The Training Manager is responsible for driving learning and development at the Newport and Woburn site.They will develop and manage training programs for all employees.This role reports to the Quality Manager.

Responsibilities
• Ensure facilitative learning techniques are applied to all development activities.• Institute knowledge management practices to disseminate institutional knowledge.• Support compliance with competence management standards.• Create metrics and KPIs to track progress and maintain alignment.• Collaborate with HR to identify training opportunities.• Manage and maintain training records.• Deliver selected training.• Manage the training process for work instructions and MOC training.• Manage the training budget.• Partner with operational leadership to prioritize training needs.• Deliver training to site personnel.• Improve the safety onboarding process.• Facilitate the assignment process for training.• Build capability among SMEs for training delivery.• Develop training schedules and content.• Manage the certification process.• Ensure timely and effective delivery of training.• Manage the post-training evaluation process.• Align training curriculum with progression plan.• Maintain progression schedules for operators.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience in managing/developing training curriculum and programs.• Experience applying adult learning theory to create training and development programs.• Preferred experience leading training programs in a manufacturing setting.
