In addition, the role will be responsible in leading a team in support of these efforts, partnering with key stakeholders, influencing leadership of the organization, challenging assumptions and partnering with business constituents.Strategy & TransformationServing as a member of O&T Transformation office, driving all changes needed to reach Target State.Providing oversight of Technology de-risking programs including maintaining proactive communication with Senior Management concerning the overall plan and execution, as well as participating in review and validation of completed milestones.Working with existing BAU teams to execute on transformation initiatives. Ensuring their alignment to work-streams, business outcomes and overall reduction of risk.Ensuring successful delivery of Technology milestones and respective business outcomes are in alignment and reduce overall risk and address internal and external commitments.GovernanceLeading various O&T Transformation Governance forums, as needed, coordinating and program managing across the various O&T initiative leads to provide an overall view on progress, highlighting risks and escalations.
