The Digital Technical Writer creates user instruction manuals and articles to simplify technical information for diverse audiences. They gather and share technical knowledge through digital platforms, ensuring our customers and technicians have accessible documentation.
Responsibilities include:
+ Developing clear and concise documentation for software and hardware solutions
+ Evaluating complex information and translating it into simple terms
+ Presenting information visually to enhance understanding
+ Producing high-quality, consistent digital documentation
+ Collaborating with technical teams to improve product usability
+ Creating tutorials for various applications
+ Enhancing editorial and visual standards
+ Overseeing the creation of illustrative materials and diagrams
+ Analyzing content for reuse opportunities
+ Maintaining information architecture within our knowledge base
+ Gathering feedback to improve technical information and support materials.

This position has a salary range of:
$75,000.00 – $112,500.00
Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings . Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise.
