Our Advisory practice executes customers' intelligence and advanced research missions globally, while our Training practice delivers cutting edge tradecraft training to select organizations.   Job Purpose:These roles serve as experienced Technical SETA advisors (Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance), providing programmatic, operational and technical support to programs in DARPA's Microsystems Technology Office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Generate, maintain, and execute integrated master schedules for research programs.Evaluate project risks and provide mitigation solutions. Support the coordinate and execution of program funding testing; attend and organize program reviews and site visits.Provide technical evaluations and guidance on reports, briefings, and other performer communicationsPrepare presentations and reports.All other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Experience: High Temperature Environment Semiconductor Device Technology SETA: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical field from an accredited college or university. PhD preferred. 5+ years' industry experience in technical program management.Strong understanding of state-of-the-art transistor technologies and principles: JFET, HEMT, CMOS, bandgap, etc. Experience with high-temperature transistor properties and technologies: silicon carbide and GAN.Secure Microelectronics, Cybersecurity and Verification SETA: Advanced degree in engineering, computer science or other related technical field from an accredited college or university.10+ years' related experience.Strong understanding of state-of-the-art principles in any of the following fields: formal methods, vulnerability analysis, testing and certification process for secure microelectronics.Microelectronics & Semiconductor Device Physics: Familiarity with semiconductor device physics, chip design or related filed. Direct program management experienceMicrosystems & Biocompliers: DARPA or other government R&D experienceDemonstrated with proposal review, performer engagement and monitoring. Experience in any of the following technical areasBiotechnology and microsystem or microelectronic or semiconductorSynthetic biology and microsystem or microelectronic or semiconductorDNA synthesis and microsystem or microelectronic or semiconductorDNA sequencing and microsystem or microelectronic or semiconductorBiotemplating, Bioassembly, BiocompilerMicrofabrication or NanofabricationAdvanced Microelectronics Packaging and Additive Manufacturing:: Experience in leading heterogeneous integration, systems-in-package, additive manufacturing enhancements or general packaging principles and tradeoffsDemonstrated experience in leading teams in DoD R&D effortsAll positions require: Ability to work onsite in the DC area; potential opportunity for telework.Ability to maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance.  TS with SCI eligibility is strongly preferred.
