Our Team Members make it happen! Team Members are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Team members take orders, prepare food, cashier the transaction, and assist in keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

What our Team Member's Do: Blends delicious tasting smoothies. Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and juices. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King What our Team Member's Need to Know: Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
