We are looking for LEADERSHIP Candidates! Chick-fil-A Warrington Crossing and Warminster, are looking for their next dynamic, enthusiastic leader. We currently have Leadership opportunities available for Entry-Level as well as Mid-Level Leadership. The roles include hands-on Restaurant Operations and Leadership in a fast paced, high energy work environment. A candidate must be able to work flexible hours including Day, Evening & Saturday Shifts.

Team Leader Responsibilities: Cash Accountability Labor management Guest Experience utilizing Operational Excellence and situational awareness Food Production environment Food Safety Knowledge of Marketing Opening and closing the restaurant Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Qualifications and Requirements: Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Speak Enthusiastically Make Emotional Connections with Guests Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Strong commitment to superior customer service Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
