PDI is looking for a Store Processing Team Lead to join our team in our Temple office. The ideal candidate will operate as the lead on all reconciliation efforts performed within our Managed Services line of business. You will head up a team of Analysts performing reconciliations for our clients. The focus of this vital role is to manage relationships with our clients and subordinates by creating positive working relationships to meet client deliverables. The ideal candidate has a strong drive for success and a general understanding of accounting. Our ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization. What You'll Do: Assist and lead a team of Accounting Analysts specializing in reconciliations for client accounts Ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met Address any escalated client issues, collaboratively working with and coaching their team to resolve issues and communicate resolutions Establishes and facilitate work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness of assigned reconciliations Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Why PDI Technologies?
