• Encourage a positive learning environment for all children• Document and share important milestones with parents• Implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum• Respect and observe children's interests• Maintain safety and intervene when needed• Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities• Model and encourage socially appropriate behavior• Contribute to planning a daily schedule with a balance of activities
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• At least 18 years old• Meet state preschool teacher assistant requirements• Flexible availability within business hours• Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare preferred
