We also have some employees fully remote around the continental united states. We look to start employees on a hybrid basis until trained, and a level of workmanship has been proven to allow fully remote capabilities. What You Will Be Doing As a tax senior for us, you will be tasked with client management and counsel for tax preparation. You will be working with a team of tax associates and help mentor them to grow to the potential that they have. Our associates must be keen with tax planning and research for a range of clients, and have excellent client retention skills. You will also need to be adept at preparing tax returns, beginning to review returns, and ensuring that filing is done properly in a timely manner.
What You Need for this Position 3+ years experience:
