As a Task Force Operations Manager responsible for multiple departments, you will play an important role in supporting our culture of building exceptional teams. Your ability to manage several employees in multiple departments through hands on leadership will provide an environment where both our employees and our guests can thrive. This position will involve traveling 80% of the time.

Support employees and fill in as needed in all areas to ensure guests are receiving attentive and efficient service. Proactively engage in conversation with guests, seeking feedback about their stay. Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest and employee issues to their satisfaction. Inspect work performed to ensure quality is top notch and consistent with brand standards. Ensure safe working practices and procedures are followed by all employees while maintaining department productivity requirements. Oversee inventory, ordering and receiving of all supplies for your departments. Monitor departmental expenses including invoices for goods and services, as well as labor costs associated with department productivity and overtime. Maintain daily cash control and financial reporting, along with key control procedures. Handle continuous requests in a fast paced environment by coordinating with other departments to ensure all guest requests are met. Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments. At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. Previous supervisory responsibilities. Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing. Long hours sometimes required. Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags. Comply with InnVentures Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations. Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time. Perform other duties as requested by manager Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000/year
