This individual plays a critical role within the organization by bringing their focus, precision, and attention to detail, in order to provide a curated and high-touch experience.  Supporting each candidate throughout the recruitment process as needed. This is a great opportunity to enter the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization with pathways for growth. Your responsibilities will includeSupporting candidates regarding logistics, scheduling, and other information assistance when neededManage the assessment process and additional projects with tight deadlines in a fast paced environmentProactively anticipate, identify, and address potential issues or obstacles Pinpoint and offer recommended improvements to enhance and streamline processes, including any supporting recruitment materials Collaborate with peers and other colleagues to support the broader team; assist with standard administrative duties such as preparing and proofreading documentsPreserve confidentiality of applicable materials and communicationsEnter and track information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other technology platforms related to the coordination and logistics of our candidates and new hiresSupport the post-offer process by escalating issues to senior management or other key stakeholders; managing background screens and drug testing process and documentation, and communicating results to recruiters, candidates, and other involved partiesBuild deep and trusted relationships at all levels across the businessHold others accountable to standards of performance, coordination best practices, and scheduling service level agreements with external and internal partnersMinimum requirementsBachelor's Degree1+ years of experience in administrative support or project management experience (inclusive of academics, internship or co-op)1+ years of experience coordinating projectsPreferred skills and experiences2 years experience supporting senior management in large corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional service firms 1+ years coordination experience within Executive Talent Acquisition teams Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools, or relevant travel and scheduling tools RSRWHAdditional informationWhirlpool's Ways of WorkingOur goal is to provide an environment that helps you bring your best to Whirlpool every day.
