Description: This CAD position is for entry level to intermediate experience and ability. The candidate will assist the survey team and report directly to a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. This position provides CAD support in the analysis and preparation of boundary, planimetric, and topographic surveys. Responsibilities: Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency and ensuring compliance to applicable regulation and professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc. Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks. Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions and alignment drawings. Ensure schedules and productivity objectives set by supervisor for preparation of survey plate and drawings are achieved. Will use AutoCAD daily and will use Civil 3D for some projects, and they will offer training on this. Will be in the office majority of time. If candidate has 5 plus years of experience and needs no training, they could offer some hybrid work options as well.
