As a Support Representative at Mondelez International, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers remotely from our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with customers' products- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for customer interactions
