Affirm is seeking a hardworking and resilient Support Assistant to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various office tasks. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 3 years of experience required.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating travel arrangements- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person- Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the office- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
