Key Responsibilities:
Lead the subcontract acquisition process, from initial preparation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage the end-to-end subcontracting process, including source selection, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Evaluate supplier performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain capabilities and driving organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with procurement software (SAP experience preferred).
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., FAR/DFARS).
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances (if required).
