Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects
- Schedule and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient project execution
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld
Essential Job Functions :

- 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Proficiency in scheduling and crew management
- Experience with performing take offs is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
