To ensure all enquipment, food, and beverage for banquet function(s) are delivered safe and on time via driving the box truck to the destination. Ensuring the banquet staff has all the reqiured food, beverages, and tools they need to best serve our guest to Omni Hotels and Resort Standards at our many beautiful outlets and meeting spaces.
Prepare for functions on shift. Set up Breakdown Stations. Assist with Plate up. After function breakdown. Drive box truck to scheduled locations Load and Unload box truck Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the back-of-the-house in accordance with the Department of Health. and any other task as assigned by management The associate is frequently required to reach or bend. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Work hours will be required to fluctuate due to business levels and associates may be required to work any given day or shift, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be occasionally required.
