Responsibilities:
Produces quality, accurate and timely monthly financial statements by preparing GAAP monthly journal entries and account reconciliations Records bank reconciliations monthly Prepare period end financials by creating required G/L entries and accruals Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses and investigate any variances Support multiples branches by providing financial insights and relevant reporting Prepare multi jurisdiction sales and use tax returns, perform tax table maintenance Assist with review and costing of physical inventory, reconcile variance in cost of goods sold to inventory count Maintain fixed asset system, update for acquisitions and disposals, calculate depreciation expense Assist with annual budget process Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Must have at least 3 years of general ledger experience Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Pay
$75,000- $85,000 based on experience Employment type:
