St Shift Maintenance :Am-:Pm M-Th

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical equipment, particularly in the production of paper bags. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and capable of problem-solving to maintain and enhance machine efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Conducting the initial setup and daily maintenance of mechanical machines to ensure optimal functionality.Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.Collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor to implement improvements for enhanced efficiency.Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.Operating power tools and equipment to carry out repair and maintenance tasks.Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 5:30AM-4:15PM. Occasional Friday half-day shifts for machine maintenance.Two 15-minute breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch break.Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with mechanical machines.Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.Proficiency with power tools and equipment.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Ability to bring new ideas and solutions to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
