Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.The OpportunityThe Sr. Workday Analyst will be part of the Global SaaS Engineering Workday Services team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Workday capabilities and configurations, perform Workday Configuration changes in Nutanix's Tenant, and Partner with their customers to understand their strategy and business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement. The primary focus will be engaging with Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Third party payroll, Talent, and Core HCM in new business needs, enhancing existing processes and programs and requests from internal stakeholders. On an ongoing basis, the role will be required to develop an understanding of stakeholders' requirements and deliver improvements to the Global People Services offerings and optimization of our systems.SaaS Engineering at NutanixThe Sr. Workday Analyst will be part of the Global SaaS Engineering Workday Services team. This team is responsible for configuring and delivering solutions in Workday HCM modules, such as Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Third party payroll, Talent, and Core HCM. The team works closely with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement. They are also responsible for maintaining data integrity, user adoption, and continuous improvement of the Global People Services offerings. Your RoleCollaborate with customers to configure and implement end-to-end HR solutions that align with their organizational goals and prioritiesDrive sustainable solutions within current organizational structures and tools, focusing on process improvements through technology and redesignProactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement in customer processesDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentUtilize strategic thinking and consultative skills to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions, focusing on data integrity, user adoption, and meeting business needs consistentlyThis is a Hybrid positionWhat You Will BringDemonstrate 7+ years of experience in Workday HCM modules, specifically in Benefits, Time Off, Absence, Third party payroll, Talent, and Core HCM.Showcase proficiency in enterprise process and requirement analysis for over 7 years.Exhibit expertise in building custom reports, Calc fields, utilizing EIBs, Web services, Rest APIs, and Core Connectors within Workday.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM modules and support integrations with internal and external systems.Communicate effectively to translate requirements into action plans and solutions, while participating in design sessions and providing end-user training when necessary.About the TeamYou will report to the leader of the Workday Systems at Nutanix. He brings over 20 years of HR Systems experience in various industries and partner firms. The team works in closepartnerships with our internal and external stakeholders and with the intent to optimize the impact and efficiency of these programs through effective programmatic planning, execution, and collaboration.The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 117,040 and USD 234120 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
