The ideal candidate will be an expert in Workday capabilities and configurations, perform Workday Configuration changes in Nutanix's Tenant, and Partner with their customers to understand their strategy and business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement. The primary focus will be engaging with Benefits, Time Off and Absence, Third party payroll, Talent, and Core HCM in new business needs, enhancing existing processes and programs and requests from internal stakeholders. He brings over 20 years of HR Systems experience in various industries and partner firms. The team works in closepartnerships with our internal and external stakeholders and with the intent to optimize the impact and efficiency of these programs through effective programmatic planning, execution, and collaboration.The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 117,040 and USD 234120 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
