Responsibilities
• Deliver data projects on time and within budget• Plan, assign, direct, and coordinate data technology projects• Ensure project goals align with business objectives• Manage a team of internal IT project developers• Facilitate large-scale ceremonies and speak in front of audiences• Track and forecast project budgets• Maintain tools and dashboards for tracking project commitments• Perform IT project planning and develop business requirements• Direct and coordinate project personnel and monitor progress• Manage project risks and develop business cases
Requirements
• 7+ years of IT project management experience• 2+ years of enterprise data implementation experience• 2+ years of Scrum and Agile process experience• Experience with Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence)• Experience in highly complex and fast-paced environments• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience• Preferred: Graduate degree and ETL/data warehousing experience• Project management or Scrum certifications• Agile coaching experience• Strong understanding of current technologies• Excellent communication and analytical skills• High-level interpersonal skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
