Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret data• Project manage and support HR Business Partners• Ensure operational excellence in project/program rollouts• Consult and assist with HR programs such as performance management and talent planning• Identify areas for process improvement• Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders• Support HR operational needs• Contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives• Promote continuous improvement of HR programs• Partner and collaborate with colleagues inside HR
Requirements
• Proven analytical capability and problem-solving skills• Strong HR operational skills• Technical/systems knowledge (Microsoft Office products, HR/TA information systems)• Strong organizational and time management skills• Progressive HR experience• Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills• Willingness to learn and research• Collaborative and motivated team player• High attention to detail• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline
