Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. This is going to be a 100% remote position. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Document system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise. Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance. Analyze user/business software system requirements and determine needs. Determine the functionality of an application and perform upgrades over time. Maintain documentation to support software development policies, standards, and procedures. Assist team with preparation of cost estimates. Create Interface Control Documents (ICD) documenting existing and future interfaces. A degree from an accredited College/University in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related discipline is preferred. 10+ years of experience with analyzing business requirements and developing business requirements. Knowledge/experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices. Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions Experience with applications for Real Estate Leasing, Property Management and Maintenance, Property Construction Management or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS). Experience and knowledge of SOX and SOX reporting requirements for Real Estate Leasing, Assets, Construction Invoicing and related transactions. Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. Candidate must be a US Citizen or permanent Status Green Card or H1B visa holder. Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
