Sports Program Lead

Looking For:
The Louisville Area YMCA is looking for a passionate and motivated Sports Program Lead who can build relationships with families and youth, primarily ages 3-10. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of engaging programs that create a positive and inclusive environment for families and youth!
Pay:
$15-$17 per hour commensurate with experience
Hours:
10-20 hours per week with a combination of evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
-Building relationships with families and youth
-Work with Executive Director in managing youth sports staff members and volunteers (scheduling, payroll, etc.)
-Developing and scheduling programs specific to community needs
-Develop and Market program materials
-Maintain gym schedule
-Other duties as assigned
Preferred experience: working with youth and sports
