We are looking for a Special Events Associate for a rapidly expanding event marketing company that provides marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national organizations and companies. This organization creates and develops new revenue streams for customers through on-site promotions, unique marketing methods, and personalized advertising campaigns. Every product promotion is tailored to the client's determined target market.
As a result of recently adding new clients to the event portfolio, the marketing teams are searching for self-motivated individuals to assist in marketing events and eventually advance into campaign management roles to develop new clients. This role is critical to the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Promotions Coordinator in the development and implementation of marketing plans for each event. Coordinate event activities such as event setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control. Track event sales Coordinate event logistics, deadlines, and timetables Serve as an enthusiastic part of the event staff. The Special Events Training Program takes a hands-on approach to teaching our staff marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management skills. Senior management provides an environment that fosters self-confidence, accomplishment, and maturity while broadening experiences. An entry-level individual will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients as well as the management team in a short period of time.

An interest in events and brand promotion Should be a proactive self-starter capable of working alone. It is necessary to have a strong ability to set priorities, solve difficulties, and be resourceful under pressure.
