Sous Chef

The Country Club of St. Albans is currently looking to hire a P.M Sous Chef, this is a full time salary position that reports directly to the Executive Chef. This position includes a full time benefits package including 401k with a company match percentage, year round golf privilege's to our 2 championship 18 hole courses, Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas, and new years eve OFF work, and very good work life balance.
Qualifications for this position:
4-5 years management experience Great with educating and teaching young chefs Team approach to the kitchen, we all succeed together. Menu writing and executing is a must Ability to work clean and introduce/uphold new cleaning projects around the kitchens Able to lift above 50 lbs Able to stand for long periods of time Someone who is looking to advance their career Highly skilled in all knifework, especially meat and fish fabrication Ability to uphold current standard operating procedures of the club Requirements * Managing experience
