Veeva, a provider of true, multi-tenant cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is currently looking for a Solution Consultant who has a passion for helping our life sciences customers achieve their business vision. As one of the members of our Veeva Vault Solution Consulting team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by understanding our customer's business needs and matching the Vault solution that best meets the customer's vision. What You'll Do
Analyzing and understanding customer requirements
Configuring and delivering solution demonstrations
Using experience to guide customers to a best-in-class solution
Providing solution-oriented responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs)
Preparing and delivering demonstrations aligned to RFP/RFI responses
Leading Workshops, Conference Room Pilots (sandbox exercises), and Proof of Concepts
Working with cross-functional team members to ensure customer success and deliver value
Support marketing activities such as recording videos, presenting webinars, attending conferences
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Quality role in MedTech - this can be either working directly for a MedTech company or for a service provider to MedTech
Deep knowledge of quality/manufacturing operations in the MedTech Industry
First-hand experience with Medical Device Complaint handling and eMDR
Willingness to travel 20-30%, primarily in the US (when possible)
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Driven self-starter; able to work independently
Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have
3+ years experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing role for a software company
Experience with Veeva Quality solutions
ISO 13485/14971 Certifications
Experience in consulting or project implementation
Biomechanical, Plastics, or Electrical background
Systems Implementation/consulting experience
Validation and/or Testing experience
MBA or other relevant Masters Degree

Compensation
Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
