Job Overview
As a Customer Service and Soft Collections Specialist, you will handle crucial financial tasks while ensuring an exceptional service experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing financial responsibilities alongside customer interactions, providing both support and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivables, manage timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.
Operate financial software for billing and data management, with a preference for candidates experienced in Great Plains and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Address customer inquiries and disputes, providing solutions that are efficient and respectful.
Maintain meticulous customer records, updating details as necessary.
Process and reconcile cash receipts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve financial processes.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of relevant experience in roles focused on customer service, soft collections, and financial management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in written and verbal exchanges.
Demonstrated ability to manage disputes with professionalism and tact.
