Skilled Trades Helper 28,000/Yr. + 5.5% Shift Differential Position Summary
The Skilled Trades Helper assists a certified or licensed skilled tradesman in one or more of the following skilled trades: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the physical functions of the campus on the evening shift (2:30pm to 12:30 am 4-10 hour days). This can include but not limited to replacing light bulbs or fixtures, small electrical jobs, installing white boards in classrooms, checking on minor a/c issues, minor plumbing issues, door lock issues and etc.

Required Education and/or Experience
Some experience with general maintenance.
Current Drivers License Required.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in a building complex setting or education building setting is a plus.
