Responsibilities
• Promote strong safety behaviors and ensure safety standards are followed• Perform storm role duties and nuclear Emergency response Organization (ERO) duties• Conduct business site(s) needs assessments and perform market and financial analyses• Develop and execute contracting strategies and manage the RFx processes• Create and manage purchase orders and resolve invoice mismatches• Identify and evaluate new sources of supply and ensure regulatory compliance• Deliver savings and ensure compliance with reporting requirements• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers• Act as a central point of contact and maintain open communications
Requirements
• Site Procurement Specialist I: Associate's degree in Supply Chain or minimum 2 years of related experience• Site Procurement Specialist II: Bachelor's degree and minimum 2+ years of related experience or minimum 6+ years of related experience without a degree• Site Procurement Specialist III: Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of related experience or minimum 8+ years of related experience without a degree• Site Procurement Specialist Sr.: Bachelor's degree and minimum 9+ years of related experience or minimum 13+ years of related experience without a degree• Experience in the energy industry supply chain is preferred• SC Certification from an industry accreditation organization is preferred
