Scope: This lithium recycling client needs a Civil Project Engineer to support for their next big project that is multi-story. This candidate needs to have multi-story/high-rise experience with concrete and steel erection.
This civil project engineer will be joining their Infrastructure Development team.
These roles are at the center of our activities focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for lithium-ion batteries by transforming recycled materials into battery materials for new lithium-ion battery production.
This engineer will be asked to manage multiple projects throughout planning, design, bid, and construction phases.
He/She will independently develop high quality civil engineering products including construction document drawings, specifications, narratives, and calculations, while effectively and proactively communicate project needs, changes, and status to internal and external team members.
In addition, he/she will review drawings and proposals by vendors, engineers, and architects, and drive multi-disciplinary coordination.
This position will manage external civil engineering consultants and guide consultant designs through project completion.
Having experience in civil engineering design, storm water management plans (flood control and storm water quality), storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), heavy civil, wastewater, and manufacturing operational construction and site development background with experience in design of roadway, grading, pavements, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic & fire water main systems, erosion and sediment control, and traffic plans is ideal.
Required:
Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) Or in process of obtaining PE
Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, as well as hydrology/storm water management
Software for civil design Experience
5+ yrs of hands-on experience designing and building high-tech/industrial infrastructure and operational facilities (semiconductor, solar, battery, manufacturing, etc.)
