A well regarded and growing Graphics & Signage Company in Northwest Arkansas is looking to add an Operations Manager to their team! This growing company offers their clients valuable knowledge and expertise in S ignage & Graphics . Sign Shop Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Directs the manufacture, storage, and distribution of signs and related materials.
* Reviews or develops specifications for various materials used in sign production.
* Reviews, evaluates, and recommends new or revised methods, procedures, materials, equipment, and techniques for the sign shop.
* Interviews and consults with vendors pertaining to shop equipment, materials, design, and sign manufacturing processes.
* Approves requisitions for sign materials and related hardware.
* Reviews for department approval sign proposals from outside vendors.
* Performs the full range of supervisory duties.
* Employees in this job may participate in the performance of subordinates' work consistent with operational or organizational requirements.
* Performs related work as required.
Sign Shop Operations Manager Qualifications:
* Knowledge of the production methods, equipment, and materials used in the manufacture of signs.
* Knowledge of the principles and standards governing sign use and installation.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
* Knowledge of inventory management and distribution operations.
* Knowledge of graphic design software applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Ability to effectively manage, through subordinate supervisors, the planning and production activities of a sign shop.
