We are looking for our next great Shift Leader! Full-time position, starting at $16/hour At Chick-fil-A, Shift Leaders are responsible for assisting the management team in all aspects of shift management and ensuring that each restaurant Guest has an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities Overseeing Team Member performance by ensuring food safety/quality, order accuracy, speed of service, execution of Genuine Hospitality, and restaurant cleanliness through delegation, supervision, and active participation. Monitor security and cash handling/control procedures and hold cashiers accountable for those standards. Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with leadership team regarding complex issues. Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and constructive feedback. Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling. Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
