Responsibilities: Set up, monitor, and operate industrial machinery to sew, join, gather, hem, and reinforce materials Read and understand work orders Follow sewing patterns Set up sewing machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing the bobbin, and securing appropriate attachment Mount attachments including needles, threads, pattern plates, and cutting blades Ensure the machine is operational and safe before use Start machine, monitor operation, and adjust as needed Inspect output for quality and damages Take measurements and cut materials Learn basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Position Requirements: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required Demonstrate skills in sewing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision May engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing Great communication and collaboration skills Must be able to work in various weather and temperature condition Attention to detail Great attendance and punctual Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
