We are seeking a dedicated Service Operations Manager to champion and optimize the efficiency of our service delivery. In this pivotal role, you will strategically plan, refine service procedures, and spearhead impactful initiatives to elevate customer satisfaction and service excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in enhancing operational effectiveness while fostering a culture of professionalism and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee service operations for healthcare IT and medical device products.
Devise and execute strategies to elevate service quality, efficiency, and customer contentment.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational hurdles proactively.
Manage service contracts and nurture client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Analyze performance metrics to drive enhancements in service delivery processes.
Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards within service operations.
Mentor, guide, and empower a team of service professionals towards collective success.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in service operations, with a preference for candidates with a background in healthcare technology or product management.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant technical discipline.
Profound understanding of healthcare IT systems, medical devices, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated proficiency in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Outstanding problem-solving prowess, leadership acumen, and impeccable communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (HIMSS) or equivalent credential.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or comparable process improvement methodologies.
Proven track record of enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
Experience in client relationship management and adeptness in contract negotiation.
