Service Advisor

Job Summary:Hyman Brothers Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a KIA Service Advisor at our dealership in Midlothian, Virginia. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our sales department. As a KIA Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our service center by promoting and selling maintenance and repair services for KIA vehicles.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, employee discounts and more.Responsibilities:Greet customers and assess their service needs for their KIA vehiclesAct as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, providing accurate and timely updates on service progressPromote and sell maintenance and repair services for KIA vehiclesPrepare repair orders and cost estimates for customersCommunicate with customers regarding recommended and necessary services for their vehiclesEducate customers on the benefits of servicing their vehicles at our dealershipMaintain excellent customer satisfaction ratingsKeep up-to-date on KIA products and services to effectively communicate with customersReview and explain service invoices to customers upon completion of repairsFollow up with customers after services have been performed to ensure satisfaction and address any concernsAdhere to dealership and manufacturer policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and organized workspaceRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious sales and customer service experience preferredKnowledge of KIA vehicles and services preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient computer skillsMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass a background check and drug screenEEOC statement:Hyman Brothers Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
