Semma--a critically acclaimed Southern Indian cuisine in the West Village--is looking for experienced Servers. 
Our Server will focus on training our team and upholding our core values and mission. 401K offered. 
The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, quick on the floor, and maintains a positive and professional demeanor throughout the shift. Base liquor and wine knowledge is required. 
Restaurant Duties & Responsibilities Manages multiple tables and turns them in a timely manner Coordinate morale and exceeding customer expectation with attention to quickness and accuracy Ensures products are consistent with company quality standards Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Requirements & Skills 2 years minimum NYC experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform in with a frequent interruptions and / or distractions. Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Exceptional customer service skills required Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required Enjoys working with people Self-motivated and highly energetic
