Position: Senior Technical Program Manager- InfrastructureLocation: Remote within United StatesZscaler is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in Infrastructure, Operations and Security to lead and manage key technical programs. As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of projects that enhance and optimize the organization's infrastructure and operational efficiency. You will drive consensus and provide direction to multiple cross-functional stakeholders and proactively manage program management functions and communication.The candidate should have a deep understanding and previous solid experience in infrastructure, cloud and security technology projects. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Responsibilities/What You'll Do:Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Infrastructure and Operations. Manage portfolio and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives and goalsCollaborate with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiativesFacilitate effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams. Track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are metCreate project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports.
