Prepare Tax provisions, Partnerships, Preparation/review of quarterly tax entries, work with income tax audits, Federal and state Tax Compliance
Preparation of tax-related journal entries and corresponding general ledger reconciliations
Develop solid expertise in accounting policies, practices, tax forecasting, and systems
Analyze tax with corporate decisions, analyze tax with regards to mergers and acquisitions.
Knowledge of federal and state law. Strong FAS 109 Federal.
Prepare financial statements, month end close, journal entries, tax savings
experienced in delivering partnership tax compliance and an ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines.
