Description Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) brings the Salesforce culture to life by providing incredible workplaces and an even better workplace experiences. Compromised of many departments, REWS works cross functionally to deliver some of the most iconic office spaces in the world with innovative technology, programs, and services.
The Event Analyst Workplaces Services Events role manages and support the REWS Events Team by providing logistical support, managing all event requests from intake to assignment, and works on office-related tasks such as parking, supplies ordering, invoice reconciliation, etc. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about hospitality and events to join our Atlanta based events team. Success in this role requires a high-degree of timeliness, clear communication, outstanding organization skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This individual will work closely with their Workplace Services team members, Security, building management, Internal Business Partners, Movers, Porters, etc. to deliver successful and timely event support. This is an office-based role.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update team documents and/or playbooks
Ability to multi task many projects at one time
Understand Salesforce brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is necessary
Key Stakeholder for G-Cal calendar management for internal event space
Co-Manage vendor relationships (agencies, vendors, caterers, etc.) and work with internal teams.
Respond to event requests within required SLAs
Reconcile expenses for the Atlanta Events Team
Order, stock, and organize event products in a variety of spaces
Own scheduling and coordination of 3rd party vendors (movers, porters, etc.)
Event support as needed for larger activations
Required Skills: 3+ years of strong people management expertise
Possess strong customer service experience with a solid events background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Desired Skills: Ability to manage multi projects at a given time w/a high level of expertise and skill
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address client's needs
Experience in analysis and reporting
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands
Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail
Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment
Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed - evenings and weekends
This is an in-office role
