Real Estate Attorney with Established Book of Business Reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a well-established book of business to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients and referral sources in the real estate industry and the ability to manage their caseload within their perspective region.
Responsibilities: - Handle real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings, leasing, acquisitions, and sales
- Review and draft legal documents such as purchase agreements, mortgage documents, and title documents
- Conduct due diligence on properties and review property reports
- Represent clients in negotiations and settlements
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters
- Manage own case load and meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the state where the position is located
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law
- Established book of business with a strong network of clients and referral sources
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
