This role requires leadership skills to guide the team and subcontractors in executing their work effectively and efficiently. As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager you'll have the opportunity to: Provide leadership and foster positive project morale Guide the project team in all phases of construction Over see the day-to-day progress from construction through delivery Collaborate with the Bid and Estimating teams before construction commences. Work closely with the office team and Project Manager(s) to provide subcontractor information. Manage the development of on-site procedures. Develop, refine, and oversee the Project Schedule. Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety measures, field office setup, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower. Maintain effective communication with clients. Prepare, communicate, and submit legal documents to relevant authorities, such as building departments and inspectors. Do you: Possess a bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or equivalent experience? Hold at least 7 years of project management experience in construction, design, engineering, or a related field?
