It will be up to you to come up with the strategy to ensure we're delivering best-in-class nutrition guidance, creating innovative features our users are excited to use, and helping users define their goals and understand how to use MyFitnessPal achieve them.What you'll be doing:Assist in defining our product roadmap strategy balancing both consumer needs and business needs and leveraging market and data analysisTake complex problems and distill them into an experimentation roadmap to measure and prove or disprove hypothesis that will be the foundation of larger investmentsBuild 0 to 1 products with a cross-platform teamApply industry best practices to deliver high-quality productsServe as a thought leader for the rest of MFP's product team. Help incorporate our product strategy into our broader product vision, and ensure alignment across our platformLive our core values in all you do:Be Kind and CareLive Good HealthBe Data-InspiredChampion ChangeLeave it Better than You Found ItMake It HappenQualifications to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience6+ years experience as a PM or Senior PM, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with an engineering teamProduct management experience for a mobile digital consumer product at large scaleVery strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Ability to take an ambiguous problem, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goalsGood user instincts - experience working with design, user research, running experiments, and iterating on ideas to benefit end users.  Some experience with direct-to-consumer products is a plusExcellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and define and share strategyExperience working in an agile/scrum environmentPassion for helping millions of people achieve their health and fitness goalsDeep understanding of consumer mobile apps with large scale audiencesJob Location: San Francisco, or Austin Tx,  preferred but open to remoteTravel Requirement: Approximately 10% travel will be required for this positionPlease consider applying even if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, MyFitnessPal offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, annual performance bonus, a 401(k) plan and match, responsible time off, monthly wellness and technology allowances, and others.
