Join our dynamic team at the Crisis Response Care Department as a Senior Planner and Logistics Coordinator. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the logistics and support for our vital outreach programs, including Crisis Response Training (CRT) and CrisisResponseCare.org. If you're ready to channel your skills into creating positive change and empowering communities, we want to hear from you! *This is an on-site role in Franklin, TN Here's some of what you will be doing: Oversee , manage , and maintain registration database, system s administration , and report/analytics of the Crisis Response Training (CRT) program . Maintain list of past/current contacts and students. Implement and train staff on new Crisis Response Care (CRC) software "Learning Stream" and obtain feedback and follow-up from hosts and community leaders. Act as a liaison with the New Media Software Administrator regarding "Learning Stream" tech concerns and management. Propose, recommend and implement CRT venues based on community requests. Administer payments, equipment rental, etc. Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met with staff/trainers, materials,and travel. Create training and communication materials/logo working with Design Services team to create printable items; maintain outreach and marketing materials for Crisis Response Care events. Provide CRC staff with updated weekly information on upcoming Crisis Response Training events. Reply to general information requests with accurate information from emails, phone, and text. Prepare and send outgoing mail and Crisis Response Training materials. Manage CRC department basic office supplies. Arrange travel, meeting, and other arrangements for CRC staff and instructors. Assist with ADP requests, approvals, and processing. Draft minutes of CRC meetings for review. Complete concur expense report. Prepare CRC team meeting agendas and necessary supporting materials. Here's some experience we are seeking: AA degree or combination of education/training with relevant experience. Minimum 2 years of experience managing programs and/or administration of events or training including venue planning, scheduling, registration, logistics management, and overall administration. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and analytics tools. Strong web management experience, specifically maintaining and updating web content. Demonstrated ability to work independently; establishing and meeting performance goals. Exhibits versatility and flexibility. Adapts to change while maintaining a positive attitude and high productivity. Demonstrated ability to represent ministry and executive staff professionally and maintain confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships. What can we offer you?
