The Senior Manager, FM Immunology & Neuroscience (I&N) Strategy role is a home office-based role supporting a field-based team.The primary role of the Senior Manager, FM I&N Strategy is to support the FM team working across the I&N therapeutic areas. The position collaborates with the US Field Medical I&N leadership team to handle project work streams and initiatives aligned with the Field Medical Plan. In addition, this position will enable the execution of Field Medical objectives and activities to support the safe and appropriate use of BMS medicines.Support preparations and execution of I&N Field Medical PlanFM I&N clinical trial support and other pipeline assets in coordination with I&N Field Medical teams to drive enrollment and trial site recruitmentSupport Director, I&N FM Strategy and FM Leadership on projects and initiatives to drive the effectiveness of the US FM teamDrive Immunology FM performance through project management support of systems, reporting, and platform activitiesUpdate and maintain Immunology SharePoint siteAdditional digital capabilitiesSupport Director on communication plan with field medical teams, as needed, including providing updates and ensuring communications are aligned with overall communication plan for the BrandActively collaborates with matrix partners for training, scorecards, communications, and technology initiativesContributes towards defining Immunology FM strategies and objectives and developing short and long term plansSupport FM leadership via report generation and metric analysis for interactionsProvide support for USFM Immunology meetings as neededOversee Operations Manager, I&N with scorecards, projects and quality checksLead data analytics across multiple systems to provide metric reportsDevelop executive presentations and communicationsProvide support for special projectsExperienceRequiredAdvanced degree with 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry requiredExpertise in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to learn BMS IT systems, applications, and analytics. Demonstrated ability to navigate and work with BMS teams to trouble shoot issues.Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task, with precise attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness and follow-through following standard operating guiding principles.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with matrix team members. Confident ability to raise issues and participate in conflict resolution.Basic understanding of business processes, products and healthcare industry dynamics.Additional skills: Team player with ability to work effectively in matrix culture.
