In this vital role the Sr Manager Patient Access & Reimbursement Business Operation & Technology Planning is part of the Specialty Pharmacy Benefit Team and reports to the Executive Director of Patient Access Reimbursement. This role is responsible for organizing, planning and coordinating the design and implementation of new patient support services and ongoing optimization of existing services. This individual will ensure that program operations are aligned with the business objective and deliver the optimal patient/customer and agent experience.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with PAR Channel and Capability counterparts to document business objectives and requirements Identify reporting and analytics needs with new programs and program changes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and/or patient/customer/agent experience Work with PAR ET&I and DTI counterparts to translate business requirements into technical requirements Support the business activities to complete the features and provide input on the user stories Manage the PSP technology roadmap, prioritization and backlog Work with Business Owner (Capability Directors) and Business Process Owners (Capability Leads) to identify and assess risks and dependencies for CAPS portal and other system changes Lead business UAT and sign-off With PM support, manage overall PSP project plan ensuring alignment across all stakeholders for planned changes and updates (PAR, CDNA, DTI, Training, Field Sales, Brand, GCC) Partner with legal, regulatory, safety and compliance to review and approve new Patient Support Programs and approve any related promotional materials Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners including but not limited to: Value & Access, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Data & Analytics Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries with experience in patient support, market access, marketing or related commercial function Strong project management skills - proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly matrixed environment. Solution oriented with strong understanding of omni-channel platforms, CRM solutions, business intelligence environments, solution design, and development Working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical space Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills Thrive What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.
The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $142,961-$173-197.
