As a Senior Manager, Billing PMO at RXO, the role will coordinate, collaborate, and drive projects across RXO departments that impact invoicing. You will work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure that project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track and more importantly, will result in accurate and timely invoices.
What your day-to-day will look like:
* Coordinate and collaborate across teams to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
* Drive change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts. Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
* Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
* Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP requirements or process improvements.
* Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document processes, develop flowcharts, and draft SOPs.
* Review, suggest, revise, consult, and re-write existing SOPs.
* Investigate issues on pending invoices, particularly post-implementation, that may not comply with client billing guidelines and drive resolution.
* Provide answers and resolutions on routine issues and concerns related to invoice auditing.
* Review invoices to ensure appropriate information is given and compliance with client-billing guidelines.
What you'll need to excel:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* 5 Years of Billing
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
* 2-4 years of Project Management
It'd be great if you also have:
* 1-2 years of logistics, transportation experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* Experience reviewing and writing SOPs
* Experience establishing effective project communication
