Job Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for being a technical lead in an Agile Delivery Team to deliver on business initiatives that are a part of a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program. Lead technical discovery with business stakeholders, problem solve business challenges balancing technology, identifying critical dependencies, team capabilities, operational supportability and quality assurance.
Solution and develop applications to deliver business value and functionality while minimizing technical debt and simplifying operational processes. Work with solution architects to understand architectural requirements and recommend solutions on responsible applications.
Partner with other Sr. Full Stack Engineers to collaborate on shared innovations and elevating team delivery.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development and testing standards.
Candidates will have the following responsibilities and skills:
•Collaborate with other Solution Architects and development teams to understand customer requirements and identify changes needed to the Architecture Roadmap and Technical Services
•Design, assess, and propose refinements to the application development processes
•Acquire industry and product knowledge of New Technologies, Products, Patterns and Best Practices to ensure applications are best of class
•Act in full partnership with the product, data and technology management teams in order to formulate product definition and roadmaps
•Partner with Solution Architects and Development teams to lead high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
•Serve as advisor and mentor to mid-level developers and analysts
Required Skills:
•BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience in related area with at least 8 years of software engineering experience
•You must be a great communicator
•You must have experience working in Agile Development environments (Scrum, SAFe)
•Strong programming skills with Java (8+), Spring Framework (Core, Boot, Data), Vert.x, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux.
•You must have experience developing Microservices with Java Spring Boot
•You must have a working knowledge of Kubernetes
•You must have experience with ReactJS
•You must have experience with AWS
•Working experience in automated QA frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit/TestNG
•Working experience with Elastic
