Description Primary Responsibilities In accordance with Hylant standards, procedures, and brand values:
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to business unit leadership.Assist in organizational planning and forecasting, with specific ownership of assigned areas. Analyze and organize data to reach actionable conclusions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track service performance metrics.Evaluate business unit performance to identify key trends and takeaways.Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement through data analysis and process optimization.Create and drive improvements, including collaboration with internal stakeholders.Perform other duties and special projects as requested.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.Four (4) to ten (10)+ years' experience in finance or a related field.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial and data query / analysis tools.Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information.Strong business acumen including the ability to develop insightful observations and recommendations based on analysis of complex situations.Familiarity in Microsoft Suite and related financial systems.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
